As you all know, I decided to make my very first New Year’s resolution ever this year, meal planning. This past Wednesday, I mapped out my first week and I must say, I am very excited! For this debut Meal Plan Monday post, I would like to include meals from Wednesday 1/7 through Sunday 1/18. Then every subsequent post, I will just stick to the week in question. So, here goes!
